At Lunafirefly, we know you’re eager to get your hands on your gear and hit the field. That’s why we work hard to process and ship your order as fast as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Order Processing & Production

  • Custom Production Timeline: All our items are made-to-order specifically for you. Production takes 4-6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Please note that production begins after successful payment verification.

Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates

Important: Shipping times are estimates and do not include potential delays caused by customs, weather, or peak shopping seasons. Total delivery time = Production time (4-6 business days) + Shipping time.

We ship worldwide! Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method:

United States:

  • Economy Shipping: $6.99 | 8-14 business days after production
  • Express Shipping: $35.99 | 5-8 business days after production

International:

  • Economy Shipping: $7.99 | 10-20 business days after production
  • Remote locations may take a little longer due to customs processing.

Free Shipping:

  • We offer Free US Economy Shipping for orders over $100.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

  • Every order comes with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s shipment.
  • If you haven’t received tracking info within 7 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.
  • Tracking information is sent via email and can also be found in your account order history.

⚠️ Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)

  • International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes, determined by your country’s customs regulations.
  • These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer.
  • Refusing to pay customs fees? The package will be returned, and we cannot refund shipping costs.
  • We cannot mark international packages as “gifts” to avoid customs fees, as this is against international shipping regulations.

Address Errors & Lost Packages

  • Entered the wrong address? Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order, and we’ll fix it.
  • If an incorrect address leads to a lost package, we can’t offer a refund.
  • If your package is marked as “Delivered” but isn’t in your hands, please check with neighbors, your local post office, or contact the carrier.
  • For packages lost during transit (with tracking confirmation), contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Holiday Shipping

  • During major holidays (especially November-December), production and shipping times may be extended.
  • We recommend placing holiday orders at least 3-4 weeks in advance to ensure timely delivery.
  • We’ll post holiday shipping deadlines on our website and social media accounts.
